Ballot confusion delays outcome of Ward IV city council primary
Incumbent Vice Mayor and Councilor Chris Faraldi and challenger Peter Alexander still were waiting for the final votes to be counted in the Republican primary for Lynchburg’s Ward IV on Monday evening in an election filled with GOP infighting and claims of mishandled ballots.
