That's sad. I just did a speed test and my @MetroPCS @MetroByTMobile 4g mobile service is over times faster than my wifi connection. @FrontierCorp Step y'all game up. Smh.

@MetroByTMobile How do a get a agent to cancel service ? I have been hung up on now this morning for the 5th time now. This is terrible service. Why would I want to continue service when I cant talk to anyone ?

@MetroByTMobile This corp cannot provide email or Chat communication late by 12 hours! NOT ACCEPTABLE because harming health, financial, job and delivery to customer ! NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMER! Cost me over 5 months of precious time not receiving critical healthcare or business!

I definitely do NOT recommend using AUTOPAY services by @MetroByTMobile @MetroPCS. I was double charged and they have been awful through this whole thing. Sat on the phone for 15 minutes waiting to hear from a manager or someone that could help and was hung up on. #awfulService

The MetroPCS guy would not get off the phone until he had me straight up taking care of way to go MetroPCS!! Why are they hacking the real REGINALD CHATMAN!! You ever seen that movie left behind let this crap keep happening and you'll see what I mean$$ same mistakes over again!!
